How it works

During the first discovery call, we’ll discuss the biggest challenges affecting your professional and personal growth right now. It’ll be a great opportunity to see if we can work together, and I’ll be happy to talk in more detail about ways of working to make sure we hit the ground running.

We’ll book in our initial kick off call to get started. I’ll share a handful of juicy exercises so I can understand what makes you tick and in turn, you can expect to feel a little lighter as you externalise some of your biggest challenges and barriers. 

We’ll then follow up with a session to focus on your action plan to get you moving forward. We’ll benchmark your current position and set goals with measurable outputs. Thereafter we’ll run the coaching sessions at a pace that works for you, typically once a fortnight works for most but you might want to push things forward faster.

I pride myself on being reliable and trustworthy, therefore I’ll turn up to each session with my full energy, on time and ready to go and I expect the same from everyone I work with. This means we’ll get the most of our time together, and your growth will sky-rocket.

I hate to break it to you but I don’t have all the answers and there’s no magic cheat sheet. For the coaching to work effectively, the emphasis is on you to recognise the challenge, identify your options to move forward and together we’ll create actions that get you closer to the answers. Get ready for the Eureka moments, they’re blooming lovely when they happen!

Work in the open

We’ll work openly and communicate honestly, from time to time, there might be certain situations where other professionals are best placed to help you and I promise I’ll let you know when that’s required. My goal is always to create a safe and open working relationship in which honest feedback can be safely exchanged.

How do the coaching sessions work?

They are virtual sessions hosted on Google Meet or Zoom, whatever you’re happy with.

Chances are, we’ll be looking at a Miro board, it’s a great interactive tool in which we can both collaborate. 

At the start of the session, I’ll ask you what you want to achieve and we’ll take it from there.

Is this mentoring?

Coaching and mentoring are very different. A mentor is typically someone who provides answers and guidance, whereas coaching is where more questions are provided than answers! It’s a more sustainable practice for those working in more senior roles. We do offer additional mentoring support for the full packages.

What payment options do you provide?

We offer payment options for the full package only. 

This is 4 x £298.75 or 2 x £597.50. We don’t want money to be a blocker but equally believe in the value we offer so if you’re concerned about money, please get in contact.

What if it doesn't work out?

The Discovery call is a great way to see if we can work together. Ultimately we want it work out but if it doesn’t then it’s best to part ways otherwise you won’t see progress. 

Before the first session, there will be a contract sent out which outlines the terms of refund.

Can my employer fund my coaching?

Yes! You’re welcome to share my website with your line manager and I’m happy to jump on a call to explain the process further. Don’t forget, the full package offers a 360 review which is an effective tool in collating and sharing constructive feedback. 

I'm an employer, how does it work?

The easiest way to move forward is to have a quick call to discuss the output of the coaching and the dynamics of the relationship as you sponsor the coaching.

It’s important that we maintain client confidentiality with the individual being coached, but we’d also like to provide a light touch report for you too in order to see where your investment is going. Book in for a call using the Discovery call link below and we can discuss further.
